Large room. The apartment's building was renovated. Superb hospitality;)))

Great recommendation to go to charles bridge, which is 10 minutes' away. Hard rock cafe was a few steps away from the apartment, so we could reach it fast. Free Wi Fi was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay.
-
It was a very nice apartment, right in the center of Prague Old Town, which means an excellent location from everywhere. Very romantic atmosphere in the apartment, which made our stay there just wonderful.
-
Fantastic, central location and very welcoming staff. The decor of our apartment was simple and charming - probably the nicest place I have ever stayed while on holiday. It was also very spacious.
-
Very friendly and helpful staff made the hotel a great place to stay at. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommended.
The television wasn't working properly and when we did get it to work we found that the channels were mainly Arabic.

I stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. The apt is set right in the middle of a shopping area and 2 min for St Charles Bridge. Staying right above a wine bar is also a plus. The hotel owner is fantastic and wants to accommodate you with anything you need to make your stay in Prague amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to any type of traveler and have already booked the same room for Christmas time.

The hotel is very close to old town and you feel like living in a an apartment rather than staying in a hotel. Room is big enough and comfortable.
You need to remember that you need to pay cash. It is written in booking details, still I didnt like it. There is no dedicated hotel reception, the reception in the next door is helping you, some of them are friendly. However, they do not know too much about the hotel, I had to find wifi problem and resolve it bu myself.

Excellent location, professional service, spacious, charming old building, good price.
no windows, rooms too dark, noisy aspirator in toilet

The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, tastefully decorated and just very pleasant to be in - it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast at Hotel Clementin was inexpensive and a very convenient option to fill-up before a day of sight-seeing. There is also a lovely little restaurant at the Black Star which serves great food at very reasonable prices, (but if you are on a modest budget stick to the house wines, they are perfectly good and the other wines are very pricey). All in all this was a perfect place to stay, and I would strongly recvommend it.
There is very little to complain about. There was a very large bath with no actual taps but instead a shower head at tap level, which was a bit odd - it meant that the bath took ages to fill and it was awkward to have a proper shower.
-
Superb location, right next to Old Town Sq and Karluv most, the building is about 450 yrs old (UNESCO heritage) but has 21st century facilities (including free wifi) the apartment was spacious and clean and the manager, Romana, is simply the best ! She made the impossible possible and did so always with a smile on her face !
The apartment had a small problem with hot water but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with, thanks to Romana. There was not enough natural light in the apartment but its beautiful layout kind of compensated for this.
-
The location; the design of the building; the clean, well equipped apartment, and the terrace of it. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth the money. Everything worked well, we never had any problem with the WI-FI signal. The receptionist was so kind. I was afraid of the noisy streets before but it was so silence in the evening. The apartment is really highly recommended!
Nothing. Everything was really fine.

This apartment is definitely a highlight of our trip. It is a duplex apartment, location is super good, just 1 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. The rooms are lovely. You cannot miss it if you will stay in Prague.
-
absolute completeness of facility and comfort
ask for room on 2nd floor if you require windows open at night. while the first floor is out of reach of passersby, i would have liked a greater sense of distance
-
The apartment was nice, large and comfortable. The staff/manager (Romana, thanks again!) was really nice and helpful, always available (touristic information, reservation of the taxi to reach the airport, etc.). It was our wedding anniversary and at our arrival we found on the dining room table a few roses in a vase and two Gambrinus (very much appreciated!)!
The breakfast was complimentary but nothing special.
